Moqueca Capixaba

Moqueca (pronounced mo-ke-ka) Capixaba is a traditional Brazilian seafood stew from the state of Espírito Santo, but other Moqueca variations are found elsewhere. Brazilians have been making Moquecas for 300 years. It basically consists of fish, onions, garlic, tomatoes, coriander, Pimenta and additional ingredients. It is cooked slowly, with no water added.
