Pescada in two species, Amarela or Branca (Cynoscion sp.) – found along the Brazilian coast from East to South. It can reach 1 m and 30 kg, silver in color and large eyes, and reaches more than 50cm. They enter pits and deep regions and predominantly feed on crustaceans such as shrimp and small fish. The Pescada usually enters the mangroves in bays to search for food.
