Sucuri (Anaconda)

Sucuri or Anaconda (Eunectes murinus) is a large, non-venomous snake found in the Amazon and Pantanal. The Sucuri or Anaconda, are notable for being one of the world’s largest snakes. Can grow to more than 5 m in length and weighing 100 kg. All four species of Sucuris are aquatic snakes that prey on other aquatic animals, including fish, jacarés, pacas and capivaras.
